This site collects personal information only when you choose to submit it through a form: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in your message, such as a property address or search criteria. Browsing the site does not require an account and the site does not run advertising trackers.
Form submissions go to June Savage so she can respond to your inquiry, prepare a valuation you requested, or send you the market briefing you subscribed to. Your information is not sold or rented to anyone, and it is not shared except with service providers needed to operate this site or where the law requires it.
Form submissions are processed by the site's hosting provider on June's behalf. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may log technical data such as your IP address when your browser requests them. The property search on the Listings page is served by the Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service inside an embedded frame, and your use of it is subject to that service's own terms. Links to Instagram lead to a platform with its own privacy practices.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for serving you as a client or prospective client. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, or want to stop receiving the market briefing, write to Savage.J@ewm.com or call (786) 202-3211 and it will be handled.
